Sigh....another week with no weight loss :( BUT I learned a lot from my last disappointing weigh in a couple weeks ago, and the main thing is I am NOT going to beat myself up over it!! I know my body is changing, even if the numbers on the scale are not. Moving on, and keeping on...
I am over half way done with the C25k program, and I am so excited at how well I am doing with it. In less than a month I will be running 3 miles in 30 minutes or less. Tomorrow I will do my first 20 minute run (with no walking intervals, just running straight through). John and I have already decided that after reaching our goal of running a 5k, we will move on to train for a 10k :)
I started doing some strength training too. Mainly abs and arms. I have an app on my phone that gives me 5 or 10 minute workouts for each...it's pretty awesome, and easy to squeeze into my very busy days.
So in a nutshell, this weight loss is sloooooooow, but it's promising. I'm not just loosing weight...I am getting IN SHAPE. I can visibly see the flab turning to muscle, and that is way better than any number on a scale! I feel great, and that is what's important!

awesome that you're seeing results in the mirror!! the numbers don't mean nearly as much. somedays, i look in the mirror and think, woah, i'm huge and i weight a pound or two less than i did when i thought i looked smaller. i hope you had an awesome run this weekend!! you look fabulous. i was going to tell you in your IG photo last night...it does NOT look like you just had a baby!! amazing! sending love and wishing you a wonderful day, angela! xoxox
